Sales Development Representative —
Spanish Market Location: Madrid, Spain Working model: 4 days per week in the office

Monday–Thursday Every Friday off — all year round
Salary: €18.000 - 26.000 gross/year (depending on years of experience and previous sales experience)
Type: Full-time About the role We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Simpling and help us grow across the Spanish market. This is a great opportunity for someone who is ambitious, highly driven and wants to build a career in B2 B sales within a growing company. You will be one of the first points of contact for potential customers, identifying interesting companies, starting conversations with decision-makers and generating qualified opportunities for the sales team. You don't need years of sales experience. We are looking for someone with energy, commercial instinct, excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn.
What you'll do
Identify and research potential customers in the Spanish market.



Identify the right decision-makers and key contacts within target companies. Reach out to potential customers through phone, email, Linked In and other channels, with a strong focus on cold calling. Create personalised and relevant outreach messages to generate interest in Simpling. Speak with marketing and business decision-makers to understand their needs. Book qualified meetings for the sales team. Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the sales process. Keep CRM records accurate and up to date. Take ownership of meeting generation targets and work towards weekly and monthly KPIs.
What we're looking for
Native-level Spanish and already legally authorized to work in Spain. Please note that we are unable to sponsor work visas for this position. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking to people on the phone. Commercial mindset and genuine interest in building a career in sales. Resilient and comfortable hearing "no." G
