As a Junior Privacy Counsel, you will support the Global Data Protection Team in safeguarding privacy as the company scales. You will provide guidance to internal stakeholders to align products and initiatives with GDPR and integral privacy standards. You will help implement privacy programs, draft and negotiate data protection agreements, and contribute to data mapping, DPIAs, and governance.

This role offers hands-on exposure to cross-functional projects at a leading delivery platform with a global footprint, enabling responsible innovation. You will be at the forefront of privacy strategy and AI governance, shaping how we balance growth with compliance.

- Counsel internal stakeholders on privacy compliance and regulatory requirements
- Support implementation of privacy programs and governance
- Provide risk-based privacy advice on new products and initiatives under GDPR
- Draft and negotiate DPAs and intra-group data transfer agreements
- Conduct privacy due diligence for onboarding third-party service providers
- Perform privacy due diligence in Mu0026A contexts




- Support data mapping and documentation of processing activities, including DPIAs
- Develop and maintain global privacy policies, notices, and procedures
- Communicate with DH Group management board and senior leadership on privacy matters
- Conduct privacy maturity audits and coordinate remediation
- Manage investigations with data protection authorities and develop mitigation plans
- Monitor AI governance developments and contribute to AI governance frameworks

Responsabilidades

- 0-1 years of experience in data protection/privacy or related areas with GDPR knowledge
- Bachelor in Law or comparable degree
- xugodme Certified EU privacy credentials are a plus (IAPP CIPP/E, CIPM, TÜV DPO, etc.)
- Excellent English; Polish, Spanish or German a plus
- Experience advising online technology companies and data-driven businesses across jurisdictions a plus
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proactive, ownership-oriented, and able to drive initiatives forward
