The role:




We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded Client Operations Representative to support lead generation, merchant onboarding and the effective coordination of client-related operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market and account research to identify prospective merchants that meet defined targeting criteria, including relevant industry, transaction volume and revenue potential;
- Identify and prioritise high-potential prospects in line with agreed commercial priorities and internal qualification criteria;
- Initiate outreach and arrange qualified introductory meetings for the relevant commercial team;
- Use approved lead-generation and research tools, including Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Claude/ChatGPT and Google My Maps, to support prospect identification and account mapping;
