Key ResponsibilitiesOversee the daily operations of our residential properties with care and professionalism

Act as the primary point of contact for tenants from leasing through to move-out

Build lasting relationships with residents to deliver outstanding service and foster trust

Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers (maintenance, cleaning, etc.)

Monitor, escalate, and resolve operational issues in a timely, organised manner

Maintain accurate records, operational documentation, and internal systems

Contribute ideas and initiatives to improve processes and enhance the tenant experience

Idóneo Candidate ProfileBachelor's degree is required; a background in Tourism, Hospitality,



or a related field will be considered a plus.

Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken)

Strong interpersonal skills and a natural "people person" — relationship-building is key

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of responsibility

Minimum 3 years of professional experience

Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or customer-facing roles is an advantage

Comfortable using office tools such as Microsoft Office and Google Suite
