1. THE BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT TEAM

Our purpose is to open the door to Shakers: prospecting the right
decision-makers, understanding their pains, and booking qualified meetings that
fuel our pipeline for our Account Executives to close.





As a Mid-Senior Business Developer you're the first point of contact: you
prospect, qualify, spark interest and book the meetings that get deals started,
bringing experience and a strong network to open the accounts that matter.

We move fast, we own our numbers, and we're here to win.

The best salespeople want to earn big, and at Shakers they do. Comp is uncapped
and tied to what you bring in.

* A strong year can reach around €100K in total comp (fixed + uncapped
variable).
