In this role you drive Ru0026amp;D and engineering projects end-to-end, ensuring on-time delivery within a global, multi-disciplinary team. You will align cross-functional teams across Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain to implement product development and governance processes. You’ll navigate international contexts, optimize resources and report progress to executives.

- Develop and maintain Ru0026D project plans, schedules, milestones and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of planned deliverables.
- Track budgets, development costs and resource utilization.
- Coordinate activities across Mechanical, Electrical, Software, Manufacturing, Quality and Supply Chain.
- Organize and facilitate project review meetings,



progress tracking and management reporting.
- Escalate issues impacting project objectives and support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with the product development process and project governance requirements.
- Maintain project documentation and KPI reporting.

Responsabilidades

- Academic degree in engineering or Technical studies.
- Project/Program/Portfolio Mgmt. knowledge and hands-on experience.
- Experience in Product Development Processes u0026 Project Management Tools in global environments.
- Ability to lead initiatives without authority in a matrix organization.
- At least 5-7 years of work experience in program management or consultancy.
- Located in Asturias (Baíña, Mieres site).
- Analytical with facilitation and communication skills; ability to tailor reports for Executive levels.
- Ability to identify and resolve conflicts; build strong working relationships with management and team.
- Excellent MS Office knowledge; high English level. xugodme
