Role Description The Real Estate Analyst Intern is a on-site role based in Barcelona. This role involves supporting real estate evaluations by gathering market data, analyzing property performance, and assisting with financial modeling for potential investments and development projects. The intern will help conduct due diligence on properties, review appraisal reports, and prepare concise presentations and summaries for internal stakeholders.

Day-to-day tasks include working with spreadsheets and databases,



contributing to feasibility analyses, and collaborating with project and finance teams to inform investment decisions.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills, including the ability to interpret quantitative data and identify key trends.
- Knowledge of due diligence processes, including reviewing property documents and market information.
- Foundational understanding of finance and investments, preferably related to real estate or construction projects.
- Interest or coursework in real estate appraisal and property valuation methods.
- Proficiency with Excel and basic financial modeling; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present findings in a structured manner.
- Ability to work on-site in Estepona, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple tasks responsibly.
