In this role you will design, develop and evolve the Dynamics 365 platform and related business applications to support SGS's enterprise goals. You will contribute to architecture decisions and ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that integrate across systems. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams in an agile environment to reduce technical debt and improve performance.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Dynamics 365 (Customer Engagement / CRM) solutions
- Configure and extend Dynamics using plugins, workflows, Power Platform, and custom integrations
- Contribute to solution architecture and technical design across the Dynamics ecosystem
- Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using APIs, Azure services, and middleware
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and DevOps practices for Dynamics environments




- Optimize and modernize existing Dynamics implementations to improve scalability and performance
- Ensure system reliability through monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, architects, and cross-functional teams in an agile environment

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM and/or ERP) development
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Dynamics SDK/customization tools
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform xugodme (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus) for integrations
- Solid understanding of software architecture, security best practices, and DevOps
- Proven experience across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines for Dynamics deployments
- Fluent in English and comfortable working in a global, multicultural environment
