Overview In this role, you own the end-to-end O2C accounting process for Glovo, driving revenue documentation and process harmonization. You collaborate with FinOps and Financial Systems to build robust controls and system structures, supporting audits and month-end close. You will map and document flows, create detailed references for regions, and contribute to improving global financial processes.

This is a hands-on position with a focus on revenue recognition, assurance, and cross-functional partnership to scale financial operations.

Responsabilidades
- Own the end-to-end OTC and PtP accounting processes from a hands-on perspective
- Collaborate with FinOps to ensure process accuracy and alignment
- Map gaps and improvement points to harmonize general processes
- Document O2C processes with detailed flowcharts for internal reference
- Support annual financial audits for OTC and related cycles




- Assist Financial Systems with OTC process mapping and IT/ERP design
- Prepare and document Revenue Recognition in line with standards
- Prepare and execute Revenue Assurance documentation
- Collaborate with GL team to ensure timely month-end close

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor in Economics / Business Administration / Accounting / Finance (or related)
- 5+ years in Accounting or Audit for multinational companies, focused on O2C/Revenue cycle
- Hands-on experience documenting processes, flowcharts, and controls
- Strong knowledge of IFRS (IFRS 15) and Revenue Recognition
- Experience collaborating with FinOps, IT, or Financial Systems teams
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
- Experience with SAP S4/HANA or similar tier-1 ERPs; ERP migration experience a plus
