As Senior Internal Audit Manager, you lead the strategy to embed analytics, Big Data infrastructure, and AI into the Internal Audit lifecycle. You bridge data engineering, machine learning, and control evaluation to enable automated risk monitoring across enterprise platforms. You will shape governance for ML models and AI deployments, ensuring data privacy and regulatory alignment. This role partners with senior stakeholders to elevate audit capabilities and support integral fintech objectives.

- Lead AI governance and algorithmic assurance across ML/AI implementations and automated decision engines
- Assess compliance with EU AI Act, NIST RMF, SR 11-7 and internal model risk frameworks
- Review Generative AI/LLM usage to protect data privacy and IP
- Evaluate controls over enterprise Big Data infrastructure (Snowflake, Databricks, AWS data lakes) and data pipelines




- Develop and execute the Internal Audit Big Data u0026 AI roadmap and automated audit techniques
- Build real-time KRIs and predictive analytics for continuous auditing
- Audit data protection mechanisms (GDPR/CCPA) and ethical AI criteria in governance
- Collaborate with CIOs/Head of Data Engineering and Data Science leads to provide risk guidance and upskill the team

Responsabilidades

- 5+ years in data analytics, AI governance, or IT audit focusing on big data and ML in financial services or tech
- Hands-on scripting (Python, SQL) and Big Data tech (Snowflake, xugodme Spark, AWS S3/Redshift)
- Experience designing automated audit analytics and embedding AI in audit methodologies
- CISA or CCAK; AWS/GCP/Azure or equivalent certified Data Scientist/ML Specialist; CIA advantageous
