We’re working with an ambitious, fast-growing

HealthTech company.

Combining cutting-edge healthcare, AI and a premium consumer experience, the business is developing a technology platform designed to transform how individuals and clinicians understand, manage and optimise long-term health.

This is a highly hands-on position with significant ownership. You’ll work closely with the leadership, clinical and operational teams to design and build technology used by both clients and healthcare professionals.

They're looking for a

Senior / Lead Full Stack Engineer who is comfortable taking ownership and building products in a fast-moving environment.

Ideally, you'll bring:

Strong experience shipping real-world products within a startup or scale-up environment , ideally Series A/B stage

Strong

TypeScript and React / Next.js experience

Experience building backend applications using

Node.js and/or Python

Good knowledge of

PostgreSQL in production environments

Hands-on experience building and managing infrastructure within

AWS

Experience across both frontend and backend development





Exposure to mobile application development

Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, data architecture and modern cloud environments

Experience shipping genuine

LLM / Generative AI-powered features into production

Hands-on use of modern AI development and agentic coding tools such as

Claude Code, Cursor or similar A strong product mindset — able to understand a business or user problem and translate it into a simple, effective technical solution

Comfortable operating with autonomy and making technical decisions without relying on a large engineering team The Idóneo Background This could be a particularly strong fit if you've worked as a:

Previous HealthTech experience is useful but not essential . We're more interested in engineers who have built high-quality products at startup pace and are excited about applying AI to complex real-world problems.
