In this role you will lead industrial automation projects for airport and port environments, with a focus on boarding bridge solutions and vessel/aircraft docking guidance systems. You will plan, monitor and steer projects to meet milestones, ensure client satisfaction, and secure economic results. You’ll collaborate across departments, manage resources, and drive improvements while maintaining strong client relationships in a global setting.

- Serve as the client advocate within the company and represent the company to the client
- Coordinate technicians, material and human resources
- Define project strategy regarding timelines and costs

- Ensure delivered scope matches contractual documents and approved plans
- Monitor revenues, costs and timelines; manage scope changes

Responsabilidades

- 5–10 years of project management experience in international capital goods manufacturing or large projects
- Strong communication skills for cross-department coordination
- C1 English level
- German at intermediate/conversational level (required xugodme for stakeholder interaction)
- Bachelor or Master degree
- Specialization in Industrial Engineering
- Desirable: PMP and/or formal project management training
- Knowledge of Primavera and MSP
- Hybrid working model
- Ability to interact with stakeholders in German
