As a Solution Engineer at OPSWAT, you will translate customer challenges into OPSWAT solutions and guide adoption across IT, OT, and security teams. You’ll work with account executives and partners to capture requirements, demonstrate value, and help customers operationalize deployments. You’ll deliver compelling demos, respond to RFPs, and participate in workshops, conferences, and post-sale transitions.

Your work supports OPSWAT’s mission to protect critical infrastructure while shaping product direction through customer insights.

Responsabilidades

Collaborate with AEs and partners to grow OPSWAT business

Manage customer requirements, expectations, and solution buy-in

Deliver high-impact demos regularly

Prepare and present responses to RFPs

Nurture partner relationships and their technical understanding





Speak at conferences and seminars

Conduct workshops, proofs of value, and post-sale transitions

Requisitos principales

Demonstrable experience in cybersecurity or networking technical sales

History of developing new and expansion business with customers

Comfort leading discussions with all customer levels (C-level to admin)

Strong presentation xugodme and demo skills

Experience installing and troubleshooting enterprise applications

Problem-solving abilities and ability to identify and resolve customer pain points

Effective communication

Presentation and public speaking

Customer-focused mindset

Cybersecurity or networking sales experience

Enterprise application troubleshooting

RFP response and solution design
