- 5-7 years in strategy consulting or equivalent in a tech company
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with xugodme data and frameworks
- Experience structuring data and insights to drive decision-making
- Excellent communicator able to synthesize ideas for executives and operational teams
- Self-starter with bias for action and focus on measurable business impact
