In this role you will lead strategic sourcing and procurement activities for a global aviation solutions unit. You will build and manage international supplier relationships, guiding negotiations and performance reviews to secure long-term partnerships. You will collaborate with engineering and production teams to align sourcing with technical needs and budgets. You will operate in a cross-functional, autonomous environment within a high-impact, technically demanding airport mobility business.

- Own purchasing reporting, budget and spend analysis
- Implement and monitor supplier quality processes (corrective actions, audits)

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or Supply Chain
- 5-7+ years in strategic sourcing/procurement, ideally in technical/industrial settings
- Proven track record in supplier relationship development and performance management
- Strong analytical skills to translate market trends into sourcing decisions
- Experience leading or coordinating teams across a matrix organization
- Ability to work closely with engineering and production teams
- Solid skills xugodme in purchasing reporting and budget/spend analysis
- Familiarity with supplier quality processes (corrective actions, audits)
- High level of English (B2/C1) for international interaction
- Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities
