As a Technical Program Manager in Partnerships and Integrations, you will lead cross-brand integrations and acquisitions, aligning roadmaps across engineering, product, and business teams. You’ll drive technical migration, go-live readiness, and the evolution of Rover’s integration playbook to scale experiences for pet parents and sitters. In this role, you partner with Barcelona and Seattle teams to turn ambiguity into actionable plans and measurable outcomes.

Own end-to-end implementation and sequencing of one or more brand integrations, turning vision into actionable plans

Drive delivery across technical migration, product alignment, operational readiness, and go-live

Coordinate alignment across engineering, product, and business to maintain a cohesive path forward

Lead technical integration activities: API dependencies, data integrity, identity/auth, cutover planning

Create and maintain program artifacts: charters, plans, dependency maps, risk registers, status communications

Define and report KPIs to monitor program health and surface risk early





Own go-live readiness and elevate risk with clear context when needed

Bridge teams across Barcelona and Seattle and contribute to the integration playbook

8+ years driving complex, cross-functional technical programs in marketplace, consumer tech, or SaaS

Proven track record delivering high-complexity, ambiguous programs end to end

Experience leading system integrations and migrations with API, data integrity, identity/auth, and cutover planning

Judgment to drive expediency, alignment, and decision-making

Ability to read dependency chains, ask the right engineering questions, and identify sequencing risks

Experience delivering market-specific features with product and engineering

Strong program management instincts and the ability to communicate to both technical and non-technical audiences

Data-driven approach to measure success and inform decisions
