The Opportunity

You will join M3 Informática directly as CEO, reporting to a Banyan Operating
Leader with full operational authority over how you run the business. The
business has to be durable, the product has to be the primary competitive
advantage, and the opportunity to create structural distance through AI is real.
You will own the most important client relationships from day one, build the
commercial infrastructure from scratch, and partner your CTO to define the
platform's next decade.
