Overview

As AI & Technical Project Manager, you bridge partners and product to deliver seamless onboarding, integration, and technical resolution for Glovo On-Demand. You will shape the AI roadmap, turning legacy processes into scalable, automated systems. You'll drive AI-enabled improvements across onboarding, integrations, and issue resolution within a fast-growing platform. This role offers impact by empowering partners and scaling operations through data-driven, automation-focused solutions.

Responsabilidades

- Own end-to-end onboarding for new stores and accounts, ensuring data accuracy and smooth flow with Sales/Account Managers.
- Identify and automate inefficiencies in On-Demand workflows using AI to increase accuracy and scale capacity.




- Act as the bridge between On-Demand and Tech teams to root-cause frequent issues and implement structural fixes.
- Manage partner API integrations ensuring quality, fast onboarding, and proactive issue detection.

Requisitos principales
- 3+ years in data, technical operations, or business operations roles.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools to automate recurring processes.
- Execution-oriented mindset with strong ownership and bias for action.
