What you will do

- Develop the outbound operation strategy for the European region, coordinate and standardize the entire process and operation mechanism covering order picking, verification, packaging, etc., to enhance the efficiency and consistency of multi-country fulfillment.
- Build a 3PL/DSP management system for the European region, establish unified fulfillment KPIs, service standards, and incentive and restraint mechanisms to improve operation quality and response capabilities.
- Establish an order fulfillment monitoring model, promote the visualization of key nodes and data-driven management, and enhance the efficiency of anomaly identification and response.
- Supervise and plan the adaptable outbound capacity of each warehouse in the European region, formulate and optimize batch strategies and resource scheduling mechanisms to ensure the stability of fulfillment during peak periods.
- Optimize the handling mechanism and feedback loop for abnormal outbound orders to improve overall customer experience and fulfillment accuracy.
- Lead the design and capability deployment of the national line outbound module in major projects (such as new warehouse start-ups,



warehouse network adjustments, and emergency response during major promotions).
- Promote the construction of system tools to enhance the automation and intelligence levels of outbound production planning, personnel scheduling, and process tracking modules.

About you

1. A bachelor's degree or above. Majors related to logistics management, supply chain management, quality management, etc. are preferred.
2. Work Experience: 5~10 years. Those with relevant work experience in warehousing management, quality monitoring, process optimization, etc. are preferred.
3. Professional Competency: Be familiar with warehousing and logistics processes, possess knowledge and practical experience in quality control management; be able to use data analysis tools for problem diagnosis and continuous improvement.
4. Business Understanding: Have a good business sense, understand the development trends of the logistics industry, and be able to plan quality control work in combination with business requirements.
5. Fluent in English
