JOB SUMMARY:

Supermicro is looking for a Sr. Compensation Manager to join our company to
support the fast-growing, dynamic business operation. In this position, you
will collaborate with HR leaders, Recruiters, and business leaders to lead,
align, and implement the company’s Compensation framework. The key deliverables
are to help operationalize compensation programs to ensure alignment with the
business needs at Supermicro.

This position will be based in our headquarters located in San Jose, CA.





ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Design, develop, and lead all compensation processes and programs (base and
variable pay, merit, promotions, incentive plans, equity, etc.)
* Assist in preparing analysis and materials for the executive management
review meetings and other leadership presentations
* Design and develop executive compensation philosophy strategy and track
market trends
* Benchmark activities across all areas to elevate our understanding of our
compensation competitiveness, and evolve it over time to meet the changing
landscape of total compensation.
* Understand current and emerging market trends to identify potential
opportunities and gaps.
* Make recommendations and provide leadership for internal and external offers
to attract and retain top talents, including executives, implementing
compensation tools and processes.
