In this role you will oversee end-to-end clinical trial operations in oncology, driving high-quality outcomes across programmes. You will work with cross-functional teams and investigators to implement protocols, ensure compliance, and manage timelines, budgets, and risk. The position anchors relationships with trial sites and stakeholders while navigating regulatory and ethical guidelines. You will help shape trial design decisions and vendor selections, contributing to ICON’s mission to bring new medicines to patients faster. Plan and manage all aspects of clinical trials, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement trial protocols and procedures
Build and maintain strong relationships with trial investigators and stakeholders
Ensure trials comply with local, national, and international regulations and ethical guidelines
Problem-solve and make critical decisions on trial design, vendor selection, and risk management

University degree in medicine, science, or equivalent combination of education & experience
Demonstrated ability to drive clinical deliverables of a study
Subject matter expertise in the designated therapeutic area
Prior monitoring experience is preferred
Willingness to travel approximately 25%
