In this Madrid-based role, you act as a technical advisor supporting customers through the design and implementation of innovative IT solutions. Responsabilidades
Provide technical and application support to customers for assigned products and technologies
Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate design solutions




Support and manage design-win activities with suppliers and internal stakeholders
Work with sales teams to identify and develop new business opportunities
Participate in customer projects throughout the design cycle from concept to implementation
Build strong relationships with suppliers and stay up to date on new technologies
Prepare technical reports and maintain accurate project and opportunity information
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success and customer satisfaction
Requisitos principales
Technical, Pre-sales background xqbhyrx in Electronics, Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field
Interest in technology and customer-facing technical roles
Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with customers, suppliers, and internal teams
Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach
Fluency in Spanish
