As Technical Product Manager for Global Customer Support, you drive end-to-end product support and service deliverables for Lab Insights across the Roche Information Solutions network. You lead cross-functional, international projects, shaping strategy and enabling global collaboration to improve healthcare professionals’ access to reliable diagnostics. You act as a role model for agile leadership and work closely with support, training, and Life-Cycle teams to align with network priorities. This role offers meaningful impact by advancing products from development to market while fostering a culture of inclusion and excellence.
Responsabilidades
Act as GCS project leader for all support and service deliverables in new product development, upgrades, and updates
Lead the product life cycle end-to-end from development to on-market deployment
Coordinate with Chapters to aggregate needs,



advance network priorities, and break down silos
Lead and empower a Product Support & Training squad under the principle "We all lead"
Model Agile Leadership behaviors and foster Roche Diagnostics culture and mindset
Contribute to crafting and implementing mid- to long-term strategy for GCS Roche Information Solutions
Travel internationally as needed to support global matrix operations
Requisitos principales
Advanced degree in IT or related field xqbhyrx
Background in software product support, training, or diagnostics is a plus
Proven thought leader with deep knowledge in support/training and project management/leadership
Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly
