In this role, you will lead the end-to-end agile delivery for Schwarz Digits Spain, ensuring alignment with the product roadmap and cross-functional teams. You will drive sprint execution, manage epics and tickets, and maintain accurate documentation and release records. You will leverage data understanding to validate issues and communicate risks clearly. You’ll act as the bridge between product strategy and engineering delivery, shaping outcomes in a dynamic, international environment.
Responsabilidades
Own quarterly and sprint-level delivery against the roadmap set by the Head of Product
Lead all Agile ceremonies (planning, standups, retros, refinement)
Break down epics into tickets and prioritize tasks and bugs within scope
Proactively report delays, risks, and blockers before they become problems
Own product documentation end to end — always current, always accurate
Own the release/versioning process — ensure every version change is fully documented
Query the database and use data-model knowledge to validate bug reports and assess data-quality issues
Act as the execution layer between product strategy and engineering delivery




Requisitos principales
3+ years in Delivery Manager, Technical PM, or Scrum Master with hands-on sprint ownership
Proven track record leading Agile ceremonies and driving on-time delivery
Strong Jira proficiency — ticket writing, epic breakdown, sprint tracking
Basic technical fluency: unfamiliar writing SQL queries and reading a data model to investigate bugs or data-quality issues
Experience owning technical documentation and/or release management processes
Strong written communication — translate technical detail into clear tickets and delay/risk reporting
Strong English communication skills and ability xqbhyrx to work in a collaborative, international environment
Comfortable operating within priorities set by someone else, while owning full accountability for execution
Nice to have: cybersecurity, security tooling, or technical/infrastructure products
Nice to have: experience with versioned software release cycles (semantic versioning, changelogs)
Nice to have: familiarity with Neo4j or graph databases
Strong written and verbal communication
