As a Lead Software Engineer in AI product development, you will shape and implement scalable, AI-driven backend systems. You’ll work within the LS&H; Innovation engineering team to build reliable cloud-native solutions, leveraging Python, LLMs, and microservices. You’ll influence technical direction and collaborate with cross-functional teams to advance AI capabilities across the organization. This role combines hands-on development with architectural leadership in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades
Design, develop, and maintain backend services, APIs, microservices and ETL pipelines in Azure or AWS
Shape AI platform initiatives from concept to production, balancing in-house and cloud-native or open-source technologies




Translate requirements into high-quality, reliable code and build proof-of-concepts
Collaborate with Cloud Ops, Solution Architecture, Product Engineering, PM and SMEs to deliver solutions
Lead the technical approach on assigned work from design through implementation
Test and continuously improve solutions with unit tests and automation
Progress projects from concept to prototype and contribute to production-ready plans
Work in an agile, fast-paced environment and foster continuous improvement xqbhyrx
Requisitos principales
Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Engineering or related field; equivalent experience
≥7 years in software engineering; ≥4 years backend Python development (APIs, microservices, ETL)
≥5 years in cross-functional, agile teams
