- Lead technical purchasing for new parts and components in Heat Pump development projects, driving Time-To-Market (TTM) processes.
- Steer technical discussions with suppliers, including on-site visits, and act as key interface between R&D; and supply chain partners.
- Monitor purchasing project milestones and prepare transparent progress reports.
- Initiate and coordinate preventative quality measures for new components.
- Drive target costing initiatives: identify savings opportunities, support cost estimation, and track cost developments throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and execute supplier awards for new components, ensuring part deliveries align with project schedules.
- Contribute to innovation feasibility projects.





What distinguishes you?

- Education: Degree in industrial, mechanical, or manufacturing engineering;
additional commercial or business qualification is a plus.
- Experience: Ideally, 4 years in purchasing, procurement, or engineering, preferably in commercial and project purchasing areas.
- Know-how: Familiarity with heat pump is a plus.
- Languages: Fluent written and spoken English required.
- Working style and methods: Structured and analytical;
able to manage multipleworkstreams;
comfortable taking ownership;
