In this entry-level role, you join the IT Service team to provide first-line support for business applications, resolving incidents and service requests with a focus on timely, user-friendly service. You will work in an international, multi-time-zone environment and contribute to a growing support organization. The role emphasizes problem-solving, clear communication, and a customer-oriented approach. You will be part of a mission-driven technology team delivering reliable application support across the organization.
Responsabilidades
Act as first point of contact for users with application issues and provide initial functional support
Manage incidents and service requests through their lifecycle with proper documentation and prioritization
Troubleshoot common application issues and guide users on functionality or incorrect usage




Escalate complex incidents to L2/L3 teams and track resolution
Monitor recurring incidents and collaborate with teams to improve services
Contribute to an effective support service through clear communication and structured ticket management
Requisitos principales
Basic understanding of business applications and IT environments
Experience in Service Desk, Help Desk, Application Support xhfqzwm or similar environments;
junior profiles welcomed
Familiarity with ITSM or ticketing tools;
ServiceNow is an advantage
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
Availability to work from Madrid or Barcelona in a hybrid model and support across multiple time zones
