In this role you lead the Marketing & Sales Platform teams within Verisure’s IT department, shaping best-in-class engineering teams and solutions. You will drive delivery across multi-country initiatives and manage key stakeholders to align with business priorities. You’ll foster team growth, optimize performance, and inject innovation to support global IT standards. Responsabilidades
Act as principal owner of Marketing & Sales teams that build and operate marketing and sales tools
Lead and develop high-performing teams (Product Owners, engineers, QA, etc.)
Define objectives for teams and individuals;
drive delivery, serviceoperations, and budget
Mentor teams across dependencies and solve cross-organizational problems




Manage stakeholders across countries to align IT and business needs
Negotiate IT budget with product owners and prioritize business requirements
Manage providers and cultivate win-win relationships
Introduce innovations within the team and across countries
Ensure multi-country scalable solutions align with general IT standards
Collaborate with colleagues to evolve the IT organization
Requisitos principales
Computer Engineering / Telecommunications Engineering / Bachelors Degree (Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering)
English level C1 or higher
4-5+ years leading xhfqzwm engineering and other IT teams
Experience developing IT roles such as Product Owner or Scrum Master
Experience managing stakeholders in multi-country contexts
Experience managing C-level stakeholders
Agile teamwork experience with adaptability to changing business priorities
Budget management and capacity management
Providers management
Organized and methodical
Proactive with autonomy
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Leadership of engineering teams
Product Owner or Scrum Master experience
Agile methodologies
