As Group CFO at Satispay, you will shape the international financial roadmap from Milan, leading capital allocation and consolidated finance. You’ll direct FP&A;, reporting, investor relations, and governance across entities including the Luxembourg subsidiary, partnering with the CEO and the Board. You’ll drive M&A;, fundraising, and capital markets readiness to enable growth. This is a high-impact leadership role at a fast-growing fintech on a mission to simplify money for millions of users.

Define and execute the Group’s long-term financial strategy and capital allocation priorities
Lead corporate finance activities including equity fundraising, debt structuring, M&A;, due diligence, and valuation
Oversee consolidated financial reporting and governance across all entities
Head FP&A;,



budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis for all business units
Ensure alignment between strategic planning, operations, and financial performance
Oversee regulatory and governance matters for the Luxembourg banking subsidiary in collaboration with local leadership
Requisitos principales
8+ years in progressive financial leadership roles
At least 3 years as Group CFO, VP of Finance, or Deputy CFO in fintech/scale-up environments xhfqzwm
Experience with capital markets, investor relations, and IPO/SPAC readiness
Regulated financial environment experience (banking/payments/fintech/e-money)
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Finance, Economics, or Business Administration;
CPA/CFA desirable
English professional proficiency;
