Your tasks:

- Maintain outdoor and green areas, including general garden and landscape care

- Care for, clean, and monitor the pool system and pool technology regularly

- Carry out general craftwork, maintenance, and small repairs across all buildings and technical installations

- Coordinate, schedule, and supervise external service providers and trade companies

- Manage, clean, and organize our company vehicle fleet and handle minor transport or assembly tasks

- Monitor site safety,



order, cleanliness, maintenance intervals, and tool inventories while supporting renovations

What you bring:

- Business fluent or professional proficiency in Spanish

- Completed vocational training in a technical/craft trade or comparable practical experience is desirable

- Strong manual skills, technical understanding, and passion for hands‑on problem solving

- Structured, independent, and reliable working style combined with high responsibility

- Friendly and professional demeanor towards colleagues, external partners, xqbhyrx and contractors

- Valid category B driving licence
