In this role, you design and prototype new Paper Party multiplayer modes for 2, shaping engaging experiences with simple one-finger controls. You will iterate quickly through playtests, balance pacing and accessibility, and work closely with the 2 team to turn ideas into playable prototypes. You own the design from concept to execution, including documentation and in-engine tuning when possible. This is a fast, hands-on position in a live-studio environment with creative freedom and a clear impact on player engagement.

• Fine-tune modes directly in Unity whenever possible
Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in mobile F2P games, designing new games, gameplay modes or prototypes from scratch
• xqbhyrx Experience shipping player-facing content, ideally in mobile games
• Strong understanding of multiplayer and competitive gameplay
• Good sense of pacing, clarity and player motivation
• Pragmatic and iterative approach: prototype, test, cut and retry
• Ability to work independently and take full ownership
• Strong English communication and collaboration skills
