In this AI Engineer role you design, build, and ship production-grade software across the full stack, with AI tooling as a core daily practice. You will work on client programs across industries, connecting applications to agentic AI backends and enterprise AI pipelines. The role blends traditional engineering with cutting-edge AI workflows to improve delivery quality, speed, and ROI. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to shared AI tooling standards, offering a clear path toward advanced agentic and forward-deployed engineering.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Use AI coding assistants daily to boost productivity and output quality
• Integrate LLM APIs into production applications, managing token limits and latency
• Apply AI across the full software delivery lifecycle (tests, debugging, code review, prompt engineering)
• Own quality of AI-generated outputs and assess production readiness
• Define KPIs to measure AI workflow effectiveness and ROI, communicating results to stakeholders




• Own end-to-end delivery in Agile sprints alongside client teams
• Contribute to reusable components and internal AI tooling standards
• Build and integrate full-stack layers that connect to agentic backends and AI pipelines
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or related field
• Commercial software engineering experience in production environments
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or TypeScript
• Hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day engineering xqbhyrx work, including calling LLM APIs in production
• Basic understanding of web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS)
• Familiarity with cloud fundamentals (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containers (Docker), and CI/CD
• Understanding of Agile delivery fundamentals
• Experience with databases (SQL or NoSQL)
• Ability to evaluate AI outputs and understand AI limitations and responsible use
• Familiarity with agentic systems concepts (LangChain, LangGraph, RAG) and production experience preferred
