As a seasoned engineer at Verisk/Whitespace Software, you will take a lead technical role while staying hands-on on a high-performing platform. You’ll influence architecture, shape how solutions are built, and mentor junior engineers, delivering scalable, reliable, and secure features. You’ll collaborate across product, design, and engineering to drive meaningful, large-scale impact in the global specialty insurance market. Responsabilidades
Design and implement new features across a scalable production platform
Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architecture decisions
Mentor and support junior engineers and review code
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions




Identify opportunities to improve system performance, scalability, and maintainability
Troubleshoot complex issues across the platform and drive continuous improvement of processes and tools
Requisitos principales
Strong experience building and maintaining complex software systems
Proficiency with Angular and TypeScript as core technologies
Experience with Node. xqbhyrx js and ideally Swift or other modern languages
NoSQL database experience (Couchbase, MongoDB)
Knowledge of microservices architectures and container-based environments
Solid understanding of software design patterns, architecture, and best practices
Experience in Agile environments with modern development workflows
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Experience mentoring or supporting other engineers
