As an Analyst in Alantra’s Real Estate Investment Banking team, you will support Mu0026amp;A, debt advisory and capital raising transactions. You’ll build complex financial models and prepare client materials, while coordinating with senior bankers and external advisors. The role offers exposure to live deal execution in a fast-paced environment and direct interaction with clients. You will contribute to market research and opportunities development, shaping outcomes for real estate clients.
Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Develop and maintain complex financial models (DCF, LBO, trading/transaction comparables)
• Prepare and analyse financial statements, valuation metrics and industry trends
• Lead the creation of client presentations, investment memorandums and marketing materials
• Support live transactions through process management, due diligence, negotiations and deal structuring




• Assist in origination and development of new business opportunities via market and company research
• Collaborate with senior bankers, clients and external advisors to provide insights and recommendations
• Coordinate with external stakeholders such as legal advisors, accountants and consultants
Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering, Finance, Economics, or Business; CFA designation is a plus
• Fluent in English and Spanish; Portuguese or xqbhyrx Italian valued
• 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, Mu0026A advisory, private equity, corporate development, or management consulting with strong financial analysis exposure
• Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and valuation (DCF, LBO, comps, precedent transactions)
• Strong understanding of financial statements and key financial metrics
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases
