Key responsibilities

- Managing the comprehensive technical cycle of international cooperation and sustainable development education projects.

- Designing, organizing, and facilitating interactive educational activities and awareness-raising campaigns.

- Monitoring project milestones, preparing technical documentation, and tracking program outcomes.

- Collaborating with local and international stakeholders to promote community engagement and social impact in Palma.





Qualifications

- A completed university degree related to international development, cooperation, or closely aligned disciplines.

- Proven professional experience in a similar role managing educational or international cooperation projects.

- Your own vehicle for local mobility as required by the projects.

- Motivation to work within community-driven and sociocultural development initiatives.

Structured working conditions and a clear schedule

This position offers structured working conditions and a clear schedule, allowing for a balanced work-life environment on the island of Mallorca:

- Working hours of 30 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday from 09:00 to 15:00.

- A gross monthly salary of 1,836 EUR.
