In this role, you will help leading pharma, biotech, and healthcare clients accelerate drug development through clinical operations transformation and AI-enabled solutions. You will work with cross-functional teams across Business, Operations and Technology to translate clinical expertise into strategic recommendations and practical implementations. You’ll engage in data-driven Ru0026amp;D transformation, support regulatory-compliant designs, and contribute to knowledge sharing across the EMEA practice. This is a hands-on consulting role with meaningful impact on patient access to therapies.
Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Lead clinical development transformation workstreams (process redesign, gap analysis, future-state recommendations)
• Act as a trusted advisor to Business, Technology and Operations stakeholders
• Design clinical solutions across data, AI, GenAI and technology-enabled Ru0026D transformation
• Ensure solutions align with GxP, GCP and regulatory requirements
• Support RFPs and business development activities; contribute to knowledge sharing




• Champion AI-enabled ways of working to improve delivery effectiveness
• Mentor and coach junior colleagues and support team development
Responsabilidades
• Demonstrable experience in clinical operations, clinical project management or clinical trial management within Pharma, CRO or consulting
• Strong understanding of end-to-end clinical trial lifecycle and clinical development processes
• Knowledge of GCP/ICH guidelines and GxP regulatory requirements
• Experience with clinical Ru0026D systems, including clinical data, xqbhyrx trial management, regulatory and safety platforms
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and translate complex clinical/technical topics into clear recommendations
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills; fluent English required
