In this role you help hotels maximize revenue by guiding them to adopt SiteMinder’s open hotel commerce platform. You build quick rapport with customers, develop product expertise, and tailor optimisations to their needs. You’ll work toward revenue expansion and adoption KPIs while managing your pipeline to SLAs. You’ll be part of a fast-paced Customer Success team in Barcelona, supporting a diverse, integral customer base. This position offers hands-on impact in a leading SAAS company that powers hospitality bookings worldwide.

- Be a trusted advisor to customers to help them achieve goals and maximize revenue.




- Develop rapid rapport with customers by phone and guide product adoption.
- Demonstrate how to optimise SiteMinder products based on customer needs.

Requisitos principales

- Fluency in French and English; ability to connect with customers in English and German
- Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in hotel industry or SAAS, with focus on customer success, sales, and revenue expansion
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal
- Thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Based in Barcelona
