In this role you design and implement client transformation plans within Orphoz, delivering large-scale programs across operations, IT, HR, and finance. You’ll coordinate PMO tasks, run implementation projects, and coach clients while gradually taking on ownership of project workstreams. Based in Madrid or Barcelona, you join a diverse, entrepreneurial team that blends start-up agility with strong resources. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Design and implement client transformation plans
• Lead or co-lead wide transformation programs (operational improvements, KPI implementation, process redesign)
• Coordinate and follow up on PMO tasks
• Prepare and drive implementation projects; coach clients
• Manage project workstreams largely independently with PM support




• Gradually deliver parts of projects with increasing responsibility
• Lead less tenured consultants and clients in projects/workstreams
• Hold client meetings and workshops to achieve objectives
• Contribute to internal firm projects or initiatives
Responsabilidades
• Degree with a strong academic record
• 4+ years of project management experience, preferably in consulting (PMO in transformation xqbhyrx projects)
• Experience in carve-outs and Mu0026A implementations in a transformation context
• Experience in holistic process redesign (finance, IT, HR, Operations)
• Willingness to adapt to a flexible, agile consulting environment
• Motivation to create long-lasting impact
• Excellent English (C1+) and local office language
