About Qualitice Qualitice is a growing life sciences consulting company based in Barcelona, supporting pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device organisations across Europe.
We specialise in digital transformation, IT Quality & Compliance, Computer System Validation (CSV/CSA), GxP systems, project management and emerging technologies such as AI in regulated environments.
As we continue to grow our client base and consulting team, we are looking for a Business Development & Talent Acquisition Specialist who wants to play an active role in building the next stage of Qualitice.
This is an entrepreneurial role combining business development, recruiting and communications . You will work closely with the CEO and our consulting team and will have the opportunity to take ownership from an early stage.
What you’ll do Business Development
• Research new business opportunities, projects and target accounts across Europe, with a particular focus on the DACH market
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, partners and recruitment/procurement contacts
• Support client outreach through LinkedIn, email, calls and networking
• Maintain our business development pipeline and CRM activities
• Support the development of partnerships and new market opportunities
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
• Identify and approach consultants and candidates for current and upcoming client projects
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks,



job platforms and direct outreach
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Build and maintain a strong network and talent pool of consultants across Europe
• Help us strengthen Qualitice as an attractive employer and consulting network
Help create and coordinate company updates, thought-leadership content, job postings and project opportunities
• Support employer branding and recruiting campaigns
• Prepare client-facing presentations and business development materials
• Help communicate our expertise, projects and company culture in a professional and engaging way
What we’re looking for • 1–5 years of professional experience in business development, recruitment, sales, account management, marketing/communications or a related field
• Fluent German and English
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and digital xqbhyrx tools for prospecting and recruiting
• Commercial mindset and genuine interest in growing a business
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
Experience in consulting, recruitment, pharmaceuticals, life sciences, IT or professional services is an advantage, but not a requirement.
