TRI Underwriting Assistant - Barcelona

One of our clients, a leading international company within theTransaction Risk Insurance (TRI) sector, is looking to hire aTRI Underwriting Assistant to join their team inBarcelona (Diagonal Mar) .

This role offers the opportunity to become part of a dynamic and international environment, supporting the growth of a integral Transaction Risk business and working closely with experienced underwriting professionals.

Role Overview

Based in the Barcelona office, the Underwriting Assistant will report to theTRI Underwriting Support Manager and will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the underwriting team. The role is key to ensuring efficient business operations, compliance with internal standards, and strong relationships with brokers and insureds.

Key Responsibilities

- Create, review, negotiate, and executeNon-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) and other legal documentation
- Monitor and manage client portfolios




- Create and maintain accurate client files and records
- Issue insurance policies and invoicing documentation
- Follow up on outstanding premiums
- Manage and organize internal and external calls
- Ensure alllegal and compliance requirements are met
- Identify opportunities tooptimize operational and administrative processes
- Provide full administrative support to a team of Underwriters

Candidate Profile

- High level of English (written and spoken)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset

Position Details

- Location: Barcelona - Diagonal Mar
- Contract: Temporary (4 months)
- Salary: €25,000 gross per year
