A construction and technical services company in the private sector is currently seeking a skilled Senior Stone Heritage Restoration Mason (Oficial 1ª) to carry out restoration and general masonry projects based in Marratxi, Mallorca.

Responsibilities

- Carrying out detailed stone restoration and specialized stonework
- Performing traditional masonry and building repairs
- Applying renderings, plastering, and wall coatings (enfoscados)
- Executing painting and finishing work as required on site

Requirements

- Extensive professional experience as a first-class mason / stone restoration specialist (Oficial 1ª)
- Mandatory 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention certificate in construction (carnet PRL 20h)




- Possession of a valid driver's license and your own vehicle is considered a distinct advantage

Position Details

- Permanent employment contract (contrato fijo)
- Regular full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:30
- A gross salary of 27,300 EUR per year, with the possibility of review based on your demonstrated skills and experience
- Primary job location in Marratxi
