We are looking for a part-time Sales Assistant (28h /week), passionate about fashion, to join our team in El Corté Inglès - Valencia.

As a brand ambassador, you embody The Kooples' universe and image with our customers, providing high-quality service and a quality shopping experience.

Your main responsibilities will include:

Customer Relationship & Sales

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through impeccable service,
- Build loyalty and grow the customer database,
- Have a thorough knowledge of the product offer (features, benefits) to recommend a selection tailored to each customer,
- Use the digital tools provided to deliver a smooth, personalised shopping experience and contribute to the store's performance,
- Actively contribute to achieving the store's turnover and KPI targets.





In Store

- Maintain the store in excellent condition and uphold visual merchandising standards as recommended,
- Ensure the store is properly restocked,
- Handle deliveries, shipments and stock organisation,
- Take part in end-of-season returns and stocktakes,
- Carry out and follow cash and card payment procedures,
- Open and close the store in accordance with internal procedures,
- Report any discrepancies or issues to the management team,
- Comply with all internal policies, including uniform and grooming guidelines.
