Project: - AT-HOME study - A two-step Approach for outpatient parenteral antimicrobial Therapy with vancomycin: model-based dosing and non-invasive sampling vs. traditional therapeutic drug monitoring to reduce healthcare contacts and improve patients’ and caregivers’ satisfaction.

Project Description: AT-HOME study: A two-step Approach for outpatient parenteral antimicrobial Therapy with vancomycin: model-based dosing and non-invasive sampling vs. traditional therapeutic drug monitoring to reduce healthcare contacts and improve patients’ and caregivers’ satisfaction.

Research Line: IBIMA-DE-09 IMMUNE RESPONSE TO VIRAL INFECTIONS.

Location: IBIMA Bionand Platform - Located at Malaga Tech Park Headquarters Location contem

- - Demonstrable professional experience in microbiology and infectious disease laboratories: 1 point for every 6 months up to a maximum of 2 points.
- - Master's degree focused on research, preferably biomedical. (2 points)
- - Participation in conferences, research projects,



or as an author of scientific articles in indexed journals: 1 point (0.5 per conference, project, or article, up to a maximum of 1 point)
- - Professional references from previous employers, managers, or supervisors who can attest to the candidate's experience and job performance (0.5 points per verifiable professional reference, up to a maximum of 1 point)
- - Submission of a motivation letter reflecting the candidate's interest and suitability for the position: 1 point (0 points if not submitted)

These requirements must be certified through an official certificate issued by the competent authority or a responsible declaration.

Selection process

Selection process:

- - Based on the points obtained in the evaluation of merits, at least the three best candidates will be selected for a personal interview, in which communication skills, work aptitude, and abilities will be assessed, with a maximum of 3 points. Only candidates who obtain at least 50% of the points for assessable merits will be eligible for the interview phase.
- - After the position is awarded and if the selected candidate declines the contract, the hiring committee may decide to proceed with the next candidate according to the score list.
