You’ll process data, support customer service delivery and ensure compliance with our integral service levels, working closely with Underwriting, Claims, Operations and Finance to deliver high-quality service.
You should be based in Madrid with fluent English and Spanish, strong communication skills, and experience in customer service within financial services.
