En TIBA buscamos incorporar un/a Sales Support Specialist para reforzar nuestro equipo y seguir impulsando un servicio destacado, ágil y orientado al cliente.

What will your functions be?

Serás una pieza clave del motor comercial interno, trabajando en coordinación con diferentes departamentos para garantizar un servicio eficiente y de calidad.

_Tu día a día incluirá:

- Elaborar cotizacionesaclientes siguiendolasindicacionesdel/laResponsableComercialydelequipocomercial,atravésdenuestro ERPinterno .
- Realizarel mantenimientodeofertascomerciales ycolaborarenlaresolucióndeincidencias.
- Proponer mejorasaldepartamentodeIT paraoptimizarlaherramientadecotizaciones.
- Asegurarelcumplimientodelas políticasdeventa definidasporelequipocomercial.

What are we looking for?

- Formaciónen ComercioInternacional,TransporteoLogística .
- Almenos 1añodeexperiencia enfuncionessimilaresoen operacionesdetráficomarítimo (Forwarding/Transitaria).
- Nivelintermedio–avanzadodeinglés .
- Buenmanejode herramientasofimáticas (paqueteOffice,entornoWindows,correo…).
- Altacapacidaddeadaptación,ganasdeaprenderyclara orientaciónalcliente (internoyexterno).




- Buenashabilidadescomunicativasyde negociación .
- Orientaciónaobjetivos ytrabajoenequipo.
