About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Assist chefs in preparing and plating food items according to established standards.
- Set up event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of service areas, kitchen, and event spaces.
- Handle guest requests and inquiries courteously and professionally.




- Support with breakdown and cleanup after events.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including food safety protocols.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a hospitality or catering role is preferred but not essential.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work versátil hours, including weekends.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weight.
- Understanding of basic hygiene and food handling principles.
