RESPONSIBILITIES:Stay constantly updated on collections, with strong product knowledge and focus on exceeding assigned KPIsSupport all daily boutique activities, working closely with the team and management to maintain impeccable standards across the sales floor, stockroom and visual merchandising in line with company guidelinesDeliver outstanding customer service with a strong CRM approach, managing client book, appointments and after-sales activitiesRepresent the brand values, building long-term relationships with new customers and VIP clients

REQUIREMENTS:Minimum 2 years' experience within premium or luxury fashionExperience working with KPIs, CRM systems and client appointmentsFluent English required
