Telecommunications OSS Engineer (Traffica / OSIX / Mediation Zone)

- Installation, configuration and maintenance of Traffica and OSIX (Polystar) monitoring systems.
- Operation and troubleshooting of Mediation Zone components delivering traffic from OSIX to Telefónica platforms.
- Management and optimization of Kafka pipelines and DeVo (Telefónica Big Data ecosystem).
- Monitoring and analysis of telecom protocols: Support for mobile and fixed network environments, including NGN and IMS.
- System administration tasks on Linux RedHat 8+ and Windows Server 2019+.
- Development and automation using Java, Python and Ansible.




- Participation in on-call and night work rotations when required.
- Occasional on-site interventions at Telefónica's data center.

- Spanish-speaking (mandatory).
- Experience with Mediation Zone and telecom traffic processing.
- Knowledge of Kafka and Big Data tools (preferably DeVo).
- Strong understanding of telecom protocols and network architectures (NGN, IMS).
- Hands-on experience with Linux RedHat and Windows Server environments. xqziphu
- Programming skills in Java, Python, Ansible.
- Intermediate English for reading documentation and communicating with product support teams in Sweden.
- Availability for night work
