DECK/STEWARDESS / STEWARD — 40M PRIVATE MOTOR YACHT

We are looking for a motivated and versatile Deck/Stew to join a 40m private motor yacht. This is a world cruising program with a great itinerary coming up.

The ideal candidate will have at least one season of experience in either the Deck or Stew role (preferably both) and be keen to develop their skills across both areas.

The Role

This is a 60/40 Deck/Stew position , with responsibilities split between exterior and interior duties depending on the yacht's schedule and guest trips.

When guests are onboard, the role will be split with 50% of the day on the interior and 50% of the day on deck.

Requirements

- Minimum one season of yachting experience in either Deck or Stew
- PBL2 will be a bonus
- Confident and safe handling lines




- Some product knowledge , with a willingness to continue learning
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Versátil and happy working across both departments
- Professional presentation and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Ability to adapt to the demands of a private yacht environment

Package

- Salary: DOE — to be discussed at interview stage
- Leave: 60 days
- Flights: Two flights per year included
