We've designed the day to be engaging and insightful, giving you a clear picture of the role and our renowned company culture. Here's what to expect:

Welcome & Introduction:

We'll start with an overview of the iconic Emirates cabin crew role, the vibrant lifestyle awaiting you in Dubai, and what it truly means to represent a world-class airline.

Assessment Activities:

You'll participate in collaborative group exercises designed to see your teamwork and communication skills in action, followed by an online test administered at the venue.

Final Interview:

This is our chance to connect. We want to hear your story, understand your motivation, and discover why you're a perfect fit for our international team.

What to Bring. To ensure a smooth process, please have a valid ID for entry and digital copies of the following documents ready on your phone:

- An up-to-date CV in English.
- A copy of your highest education certificate.
- A PDF copy of your passport.

First Impressions Matter: Our Dress Code.

- For Women: Please wear smart business attire with heels, apply full makeup, and style your hair neatly tied back.
- For Men: A suit or formal business attire with formal shoes is required. Hair should be neatly presented, and faces clean-shaven.

Do You Have What It Takes?





- Be fluent in written and spoken English (knowledge of additional languages is a valued advantage).
- Be a natural team player with a vibrant, outgoing personality.
- Be at least 160cm tall and able to reach 212cm.
- Be at least 21 years old and hold a minimum of a high school diploma (Grade 12).
- Have at least one year of experience in hospitality or customer service.
- Have no visible tattoos while in the Emirates uniform.
- Be able to meet all employment visa requirements for the UAE.

- Approximate Total Monthly Pay: AED 11,244 (about USD 3,061*).
- Basic Salary: AED 4,980 per month.
- Flying Pay: AED 69.6 per hour (based on an average of 80-100 flight hours monthly).
- Overseas meal allowances are provided for night stops. Figures are approximate for illustration.
